  • What is the Change Background menu?

    Using the Change Background menu, you can select a background theme that will be used as the default at home screen.
    Decorate your home screen in your style by choosing from a variety of themes.

Closet/Customization

  • I would like to restore an avatar that was customized with numerical adjustments.

    Once you have saved a numerically adjusted avatar, it cannot be restored to its previous state.
    If the change has not been saved, the Undo button on the left side of the Customization screen will allow you to return to the previous state.
    
    Tip. Try using the My Look feature to save and load the current status of your avatar.
  • What is the My Look feature?

    It is a feature that allows you to save and load the current status of your avatar.
    You can save up to three different looks for your avatar, so try different styles.
    If you tap and hold a My Look slot, you can delete the saved My Look.
    
    However, you cannot use the My Look feature with a guest account, so please use it after registering your account.

Photo Studio

  • What is Photo Studio?

    Photo Studio is a feature that provides users with the opportunity to create, save, and share great videos and images through the use of avatars, themes, and directing.
    With an easy and simple choice, you can show off the sensuous video of your well-directed avatar to your friends.
  • I would like to create a video of my avatar's various looks.

    In Photo Studio, select the desired theme background and direction number.
    It is possible to view the diverse looks of your avatar.
  • I would like to show off my avatar.

    In Photo Studio, please select the Share button in the bottom-right corner after selecting the desired background and direction.
    It is possible to share stylish videos and stills of your avatar on social media or send them to your friends.
  • I want to save specific scenes from a Photo Studio video.

    You can pause the video by tapping the screen while it is playing.
    By moving the timeline bar that appears when the video is paused, you can move to the desired scene and save it.
    When there is a scene you want to capture during playback, pause it and save it or share it with friends.

AR

Motion

  • My avatar doesn't seem to be moving properly.

    The front camera of your device is used to detect the facial expressions and movements of your avatar. If you position your face in the front camera's field of view when playing, you'll be able to experience more lifelike motion recognition.
  • Can I use the rear camera for motion recognition?

    Currently, only the front camera supports motion recognition, providing motion recognition content that recognizes your face from up close.
    The rear camera only supports AR features.
  • I want to change the size and position of my avatar.

    1) Increase size: Place two fingers on the avatar and zoom in/out to adjust size.
    2) Move avatar position: Place your fingers on the avatar and drag and drop to move it to the desired position.
    Note that avatar rotation is not possible in motion recognition.

  • Countries and regions where ACRZ is unavailable

    Some countries and regions are restricted from using the service based on ACRZs internal policies.
    
    These countries and regions include:
    Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe
    
  • Will the image set as avatar be displayed normally in the PC version of LINE?

    Yes, the avatar will be displayed normally in the PC version (Windows and Mac). However, avatar badges will be displayed only in the LINE app.
    
  • Will the avatar set up in the ACRZ app be reflected in my LINE profile right away?

    Yes, it will be reflected immediately. You need to install the ACRZ app to set up your LINE profile. You can also save the avatar set up in the ACRZ app to your device or directly set it as your profile in LINE. However, the badge will not be displayed.
    
  • Can the ACRZ avatars be used as personal blog icons?

    Yes, you can use them as long as they are for personal use.
    
  • Can I put ACRZ avatars on business cards or T-shirts? Also, can I use them with a commercial purpose?

    It is okay to use avatars for personal use. However, you cannot use them commercially.
    
  • Tell me how to set AlphaCrewz avatar as my LINE profile.

    1) Tap the Avatar button in the profile of the LINE app home screen.
    2) Tap AlphaCrewz and download the AlphaCrewz app. You only download the app when using it for the first time.
    3) When the download is complete, follow the instructions and create your avatar.
    4) Return to the LINE profile setting screen and tap AlphaCrewz. You can set various images and videos from AlphaCrewz as your LINE profile.
    
  • Can I change the avatar I initially set up?

    Yes, you can change it through the Customize menu.
    All the previous avatar customizations and outfit information will be applied to the changed avatar.
    (Your avatar items will not be changed.)
    You can change your avatar in the following order:
    
    1. Open the ACRZ app
    2. Tap the Customize button
    3. Tap the Re-select Avatar Preset button at the top-right corner
    4. Tap the Select as My Avatar button
    
  • Are there minimum specification requirements to use ACRZ for Android and iOS?

    Here are the minimum specifications for Android and iOS devices to provide a variety of stable services:
    1) Android (Samsung, LG, etc.) devices
       - Galaxy S10 or higher / OS ver. 9.0 or higher
    2) Apple (iPhone, iPad) devices
       - iPhone 11 or higher / OS ver. 13.0 or higher
    It is possible to play smoothly on devices that have higher specifications than the recommendations, but it may be difficult to use on devices that have lower specifications than the recommendations, so please update your operating system.
